Our History

Our Principals Harry Papadopoulos and Josephine Muscolino joined forces in 2012, bringing together a wealth of legal experience and knowledge.

Formed by the merger of Cichero McLean & Menzies and Quay Legal Group, CMM Quay Legal has grown into a dynamic and highly respected Sydney law firm with a broad and diverse client base that continues to expand.

Both Harry and Josephine played key leadership roles in their respective businesses prior to the merger. Harry Papadopoulos joined Cichero McLean & Menzies in 1990, becoming a partner of the firm in 1993. Quay Legal Group was formed by Josephine Muscolino in 1999 after working at the Reserve Bank of Australia for 12 years.

The merger of these two successful law firms into CMM Quay Legal Group consolidated many years of legal experience. This has since allowed Harry, Josephine, and their team to offer contemporary solutions and deliver tailored support to the individual challenges and circumstances of their clients, both new and existing.

Our Community Involvement

A strong desire to aid and assist families and community organisations can be found at the core of every CMM Quay Legal team member. We are constantly looking for opportunities to get involved in supporting our community.

We encourage team members to partake in voluntary community work and support them by welcoming fundraising ideas and donating to charities and causes close to their hearts.

By making direct donations, creating Christmas gift hampers for the Big Issue vendors in the city, hosting fundraising events such as Trivia nights, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and Loud Shirt Day we are proud to say that we are committed to making a difference.
